Aegis Inside, Inc. (“Aegis Inside,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides software and related services under the Aegis Harbor brand. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you access or use our websites, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Services and through communications relating to the Services. It does not replace any privacy notice issued by a healthcare provider, health plan, center, employer, or other customer that uses the Services.

We do not sell or share personal information.

5. Customer Data and Healthcare Information

When we process protected health information or other regulated data on behalf of a customer, we do so as a service provider or business associate, as applicable, and in accordance with our agreements with that customer and applicable law. The customer is responsible for its own notices, consents, permissions, and legal determinations regarding the information it submits to the Services.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain appropriate business and security records. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the customer relationship, legal requirements, and operational necessity.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain information about how your personal information is used. We may need to verify your identity or authority before responding. Where we process information solely on behalf of a customer, we may direct your request to that customer.

9. Children

The Services are intended for authorized business and workforce use and are not directed to children acting on their own behalf.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated as required by law or contract.
